Das ENSI informiert im sechsten Länderbericht im Rahmen der „Joint Convetion on the Safety of Spent Fuel Management and on the Safety of Radioaktive Waste Management“ über:

• die radioaktiven Abfälle in den Zwischenlagern,
• den Stand des Sachplanverfahrens für geologische Tiefenlager beziehungsweise die drei Standortvorschläge Zürich Nordost, Jura Ost und Nördlich Lägern,
• die Stilllegung von Kernanlagen.
