2004 HSK Oversight Report – HSK-AN-5440

The new Nuclear Energy Act (KEG) and the new Nuclear Energy Ordinance (KEV) came into force on 1st February 2005 marking the culmination of decades of work to create a new legislative framework for nuclear energy. A comparison with legislation in other countries shows that the KEG and KEV provide Switzerland with modern legislation covering all important aspects of nuclear activity.
