Together with the FOPH and Suva, ENSI has developed templates for the Swiss personal dose document and for the temporary Swiss personal dose document. Both dose documents are available in two versions; one in German, French and Italian and one in English. This is intended to facilitate the preparation of dose documents for licence holders under the Radiation Protection Act.
